About the role

  • HR Generalist managing recruitment and employee support within the metallurgy industry. Driving local HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and social dialogue.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability and development of skills: recruitment, onboarding and integration of new hires and temporary workers.
  • Co-facilitate the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) and the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and maintain close social dialogue with employee representatives.
  • Promote employee empowerment and motivation, and foster Quality of Work Life (QWL).
  • Actively participate in the implementation of health and safety initiatives and commitments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Labor Law (Master’s level / Bac+5).
  • At least 5 years of successful experience as an HR generalist, preferably in metallurgical production or the industrial sector.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools would be a strong plus.
