About the role
- HR Generalist managing recruitment and employee support within the metallurgy industry. Driving local HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and social dialogue.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and development of skills: recruitment, onboarding and integration of new hires and temporary workers.
- Co-facilitate the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) and the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and maintain close social dialogue with employee representatives.
- Promote employee empowerment and motivation, and foster Quality of Work Life (QWL).
- Actively participate in the implementation of health and safety initiatives and commitments.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or Labor Law (Master’s level / Bac+5).
- At least 5 years of successful experience as an HR generalist, preferably in metallurgical production or the industrial sector.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of HRIS tools would be a strong plus.
