About the role
- People Partner involved in strategic HR guidance and driving people-centric initiatives at iCliGo. Supporting leaders and teams in performance, engagement, and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with company objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, team development, and organizational effectiveness
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to enable scalability and growth
- Guide and coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and talent development
- Co-lead the internal talent assessment and promotion framework (iCliGo Career Dialogues)
- Handle complex people matters with empathy, discretion, and legal compliance
- Proactively identify engagement challenges and co-create solutions with teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner role
- Deep understanding of Portuguese labor law (Spanish law knowledge is a strong plus)
- Proven track record in coaching managers, handling employee relations, and leading change management
- Strong analytical mindset — capable of interpreting people data and translating insights into action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with empathy, resilience, and a bias for collaboration
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage)
