Responsibilities
You will gain in-depth insight into supporting our leaders in their individual learning and personal (further) development
You will actively support a variety of projects and help shape them (e.g., further development of the internal seminar offering for leaders, implementation of a standardized leadership selection process, etc.)
You will contribute to the operational implementation of training and development measures for leaders, e.g., coordinating 360° feedback processes, creating training materials, or supporting the evaluation of learning offerings
You will actively support the preparation and delivery of the monthly onboarding event for all new employees
You will research various topics, develop concepts and prepare them in presentations, both as part of day-to-day tasks and for independent projects
Requirements
You are motivated and studying Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a comparable degree program
You are proficient with MS Office and Office 365
