Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).
Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed.
Manage immigration requests (Visa work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).
Requirements
Into a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A first internship in the HR field, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.
Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
Excellent communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to learn in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ...
