About the role

  • Junior Project Manager focusing on People & Culture at the knaps GmbH. Managing Learning & Development projects and consulting processes with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage and oversee project management for large Learning & Development projects and consulting engagements and coordinate the delivery of coaching and mediations
  • You are responsible for operational tasks within consulting processes, such as developing and producing (consulting) concepts and presentations on topics including (culture) transformation, people and organizational development, and Learning & Development
  • You support the content development of materials for trainings and consulting projects
  • Together with your team, you develop, manage, and optimize new and existing processes in Operations
  • You take operational end-to-end responsibility for the entire process chain
  • You maintain close contact with consultants, coaches, trainers, and our clients to coordinate activities and ensure the highest level of quality
  • You are responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and facilitation of client workshops and meetings
  • Together with us, you continuously develop the knaps

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in a business-related field or in event management and/or have completed commercial vocational training
  • You have already gained experience in project management
  • You are characterized by strong commitment, reliability, and the ability to work in a team
  • You enjoy planning each day anew to adapt to our clients' needs
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured, detailed, and goal-oriented way of working
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, solution orientation, and business acumen distinguish you
  • You have a pronounced service orientation
  • You have very good proficiency in MS Office (focus on PowerPoint)
  • You enjoy independently shaping your own areas of responsibility
