HubSpot Administrator managing and optimizing HubSpot for PlanHub’s marketing, sales, and service hubs. Focused on driving efficiency and maintaining data integrity across departments.
Responsibilities
Configure and manage HubSpot settings, workflows, automation, and integrations
Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot
Design, build, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and service processes
Develop and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies
Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and other HubSpot assets
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide training and support to users on HubSpot best practices and functionalities
Requirements
3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role
Proven experience in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles
Proficiency in HubSpot's various tools and features
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with API integrations and data management
HubSpot certifications are a large plus
