Responsibilities
Support the National Sales Agent Network (SAN), BDMs, and National Accounts team
Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams on order priorities
Deliver a high-quality, solutions-focused service experience to all customers
Build strong relationships across wholesale partners and buying groups
Coordinate POS materials, product launches, and campaign rollouts
Prepare and distribute sell-in tools including samples, catalogues, and order forms
Maintain and update systems including Brandscope, NetSuite, and CRM platforms
Contribute to reporting, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with Operations to understand stock availability and constraints
Requirements
Previous experience in sales administration or a wholesale environment
Highly organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail
Strong communicator, confident working with a range of stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Brandscope, or similar)
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused in your approach
A genuine team player with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
