About the role

  • Wholesale team member managing orders and providing customer service to National Accounts. Supporting sales teams and coordinating logistics for product launches and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the National Sales Agent Network (SAN), BDMs, and National Accounts team
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams on order priorities
  • Deliver a high-quality, solutions-focused service experience to all customers
  • Build strong relationships across wholesale partners and buying groups
  • Coordinate POS materials, product launches, and campaign rollouts
  • Prepare and distribute sell-in tools including samples, catalogues, and order forms
  • Maintain and update systems including Brandscope, NetSuite, and CRM platforms
  • Contribute to reporting, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with Operations to understand stock availability and constraints

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales administration or a wholesale environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, confident working with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Brandscope, or similar)
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused in your approach
  • A genuine team player with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
