Fleet Administrator handling administrative processes for vehicle lifecycle at FINN, a car subscription platform. Ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and operational stability in fleet operations.
Responsibilities
As a Fleet Administrator in the Fleet department, you ensure the accurate and timely execution of defined administrative processes related to our vehicles.
You work closely with Fleet, Operations and Finance and are responsible for the operational execution and control of administrative steps across the vehicle lifecycle.
Your focus is on correct data maintenance, clear documentation and meeting deadlines, especially for manual or otherwise error-prone processes.
In doing so, you ensure operational stability, high data quality and the scalability of our fleet processes.
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree and bring initial practical professional experience (at least 1 year) in an operational, administrative role — e.g., vehicle dispatch, fleet management, clerical administration, back office or accounting.
You work very precisely, reliably and in a structured way and are comfortable with recurring tasks and well-defined processes.
You are resilient and focused even when volume and complexity increase, and you consistently keep an overview of outstanding tasks and dependencies.
You are familiar with digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel); you learn new systems quickly and diligently and use them confidently in daily operations.
You communicate clearly, factually and solution-oriented with various stakeholders and escalate early when information is missing or risks arise.
Very good German skills (C2) and solid English skills (at least B2) complete your profile.
Benefits
This position is based in Munich, with the flexibility to work fully remote or from a home office (within Germany).
With significant growth potential, FINN offers the opportunity to develop quickly in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious challenges and interdisciplinary teams.
You will receive an attractive fixed salary, a significant virtual company stake (VSOP) and an annual training budget of €1,500.
Flexible working hours, a childcare allowance (€300 per child/month) and support in finding suitable childcare help you balance work and family.
