About the role

  • Perform tasks based on established procedures and use data organizing and coordination skills.
  • Prepare benefit calculations and reports (e.g., vendor monthly billings, employee leave, terminations).
  • Prepare year-end benefit statements and update benefit records.
  • Assist with benefit open enrollment process including system testing and employee self-service enrollment and updates.
  • Guide employees in completion of appropriate forms, claims, calculation of benefits, and premiums.
  • Liaise with actuarial staff, senior consultants, senior administrators, managers, and trust and insurance company representatives.
  • Process relocation documentation and payments (e.g., extending inbound contracts, visas, assisting employees with setting up bank accounts).
  • Prepare offers, terms, and conditions letters and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and act as a resource for colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.
  • Mandarin bilingual (spoken and written).
  • Developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Ability to perform benefits calculations and prepare reports.
  • Experience with benefit open enrollment processes and system testing.
  • Ability to guide employees on completion of forms, claims, and premium calculations.
  • Experience processing relocation documentation, visas, and payments.
  • Ability to prepare offers, terms, and conditions letters.
  • Ability to liaise with actuarial staff, senior consultants, administrators, managers, and insurance representatives.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and provide guidance to junior team members.
