About the role

  • HR & People Operations Associate responsible for employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding and HR process optimization at Perelyn. Role emphasizes support and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting employees and external partners across the employee lifecycle
  • Designing and overseeing recruiting and onboarding
  • Coordinating interviews and aligning with hiring managers
  • Implementing and optimizing HR processes, including automation
  • Managing contracts, monitoring budgets, and reporting

Requirements

  • Several years' professional experience (>3 years) in human resources (HR) and/or project management, office & team management
  • Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or operations — preferably in a consulting or tech environment
  • Confident user of MS Office and other relevant tools (CRM, PSA, HR tools)
  • Excellent written and spoken German; basic English skills are an advantage
  • Enjoy working in a team and proactively supporting colleagues
  • Curious, open to new tools, and committed to continuous development
