About the role

  • Lead, manage, and control all Human Resources Operations across LATAM
  • Ensure accurate registration, control, and administration of HR processes and policies
  • Act as a center of expertise and operational support to People& Directors across LATAM
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and coordinate adjustments in payroll processes and systems
  • Own Budget / LRP / Forecast processes and support business initiatives involving HR
  • Lead internal/external audits and government inspections related to payroll
  • Manage HR Administration processes and oversee Tier-2 employee inquiries related to payroll and HR administration

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years in Human Resources with strong experience in Payroll, HR & S&B budgeting, HR Administration, Labor Legislation, HR Audits, and Compensation
  • Proven responsibility for a shared services or centralized HR operations function
  • Regional LATAM exposure required
  • Intermediate–advanced English required
  • Workday and SAP exposure strongly preferred
