Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience,
  • strong understanding of Australian employment laws
  • HR policies and best practices
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
  • proficiency with Dayforce or other enterprise HRIS
  • authentic customer-service mindset
