Responsibilities
Support in operational HR across the employee lifecycle, e.g., contract management and preparation of employment references
Assist in recruiting
Prepare presentations and templates
Independently contribute to HR projects such as digitization and process optimization
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration (BWL), Business/Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or a comparable degree program — ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Initial knowledge or strong interest in HR, recruiting, personnel administration, or People & Culture
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Very good written and spoken German
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
