About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting operations and projects within a twelve-member HR team at KTA. Providing operational and strategic insights into HR management and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support in operational HR across the employee lifecycle, e.g., contract management and preparation of employment references
  • Assist in recruiting
  • Prepare presentations and templates
  • Independently contribute to HR projects such as digitization and process optimization

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration (BWL), Business/Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or a comparable degree program — ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Initial knowledge or strong interest in HR, recruiting, personnel administration, or People & Culture
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
