About the role
- Intern supporting general HR functions for Safetec in Recife. Tasks include recruitment, selection, and employee integration.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in a generalist capacity.
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies on the Gupy ATS and other platforms, sourcing/hunting, scheduling, and conducting interviews with selected candidates;
- Support onboarding procedures, enrollment, and administration of benefits;
- Assist with new employee integration and orientation;
- Support activities related to internal events;
- Assist with employee well-being initiatives, both on-site and remote;
- Assist with the Training & Development program.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, with availability for a 1–2 year internship.
- Reside in Recife or the Recife Metropolitan Region (RMR);
- Availability to work mornings/afternoons — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break.
- Familiarity with the Gupy ATS;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools;
- Prior experience in HR.
