About the role

  • Recruiting end-to-end: requirement analysis, job postings, active sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & contracting
  • HR operations: contracts & amendments, master data maintenance in Personio, onboarding/offboarding, certificates, draft employment references
  • Automation & self-service: Personio workflows, template packages, role/permission models, checklists
  • On-site office: receiving packages and, if needed, arranging courier pickup, visitor reception, maintaining order & room/equipment standards
  • On-/offboarding: logistics, procuring devices, issuing/returning equipment, inventory/asset tracking, initial trainings
  • People/Performance: cadence & preparation of feedback and goal-setting conversations (OKRs/sprints), templates & follow-ups

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience as an HR Generalist with end-to-end recruiting
  • Confident user of Personio (or comparable HR systems)
  • Basic knowledge of labor/employment law (contract types, fixed-term contracts, leave/working time, employment references)
  • Structured, detail-oriented and discreet handling of HR data & documentation
  • Enjoys office organization and onboarding (equipment setup, asset tracking, standards)
  • German C2; English B2+ is a plus
  • Willingness to be on-site in Alzenau: at least 3 days/week
