Responsibilities
Serve as the focal point for updating internal networks and management platforms (e.g., Autodoc);
Liaise with designers and suppliers to ensure the project documentation flow is complete and up to date;
Perform administrative tasks within the SAP platform, including postings, queries and maintenance of data required for the department's routine;
Assist in budget monitoring and in the physical schedule of innovation projects, tracking expenses, measurements and invoices to ensure execution aligns with the plan;
Provide operational control support for projects within the Innovation Engineering area;
Organize and manage booking of flights, accommodations and transfers for the team, aiming to optimize costs and comply with company policies;
Execute and monitor all departmental entries/postings, including creation of RC, receipt of proposals, maintenance of control spreadsheets for postings/payments, creation of purchase orders, preparation of TC, TQ and contracts, invoice release, posting of invoices and supplier registration;
Maintain the control dashboard for projects developed by the Innovation Engineering area, updating the status and progress of each project and reporting directly to the area manager together with the coordinators.
Requirements
Technical diploma in Building/Construction (Edificações);
MS Office package;
Previous experience with the SAP system;
Proficiency with document management tools (such as Autodoc);
Organized profile with strong communication skills.
