Responsibilities
Register and update end customers, resellers and employees in internal systems
Validate fiscal/tax information with agencies such as the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), Sintegra and Suframa
Correctly classify taxpayers as taxable, tax-exempt, resellers or intermediaries
Perform periodic data cleansing of the customer database to ensure compliance and data integrity
Identify and correct inconsistencies that may impact billing or commercial processes
Interface with credit, tax and sales administration teams
Meet SLA targets and accuracy metrics established by the department
Support administrative requests related to commercial operations as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with administrative or commercial routines
Comfortable working with systems and digital platforms
Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple departments
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba (on-site 2 days per week)
Experience with client registration and data verification (a plus)
Basic knowledge of Receita Federal, Sintegra or Suframa (a plus)
