About the role

  • Full ownership of the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Planning and conducting recruitment processes, including interviews
  • Developing and implementing HR and organizational development initiatives
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters
  • Close collaboration with executive management and the business units
  • Continuous optimization of HR processes with an innovative, practice-oriented approach

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor)
  • German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor at all levels
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
  • Preferred: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
