Planning and execution of recruitment processes, including interviews

Continuous optimization of HR processes with an innovative, practical approach
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor)
German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional presence at all levels
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
Preferably: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sector
