Responsibilities
Be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, offering thoughtful advice, coaching, and day-to-day HR support
Lead the full recruitment cycle: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and welcoming new hires
Create smooth, engaging onboarding experiences that help new team members hit the ground running
Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and leadership development
Partner with leaders on employee relations and workplace culture initiatives
Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs with care, accuracy, and confidentiality
Maintain and update policies, processes, and employee handbooks to stay compliant with global and local legislation
Help plan and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and recognition
Track and analyze HR data, reports, and trends to support better decision-making
Jump into HR projects and process improvements that improve our employee experience
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas, with exposure to EMEA regions
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working toward it) preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you are approachable and solutions-focused
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment
Organized and detail-oriented, with great time management
Comfortable with HR systems and reporting tools
Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to support our global team
Legally eligible to work in either the UK, Slovenia, or The Netherlands
Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written), but additional languages are a plus.
