About the role
- Be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, offering thoughtful advice, coaching, and day-to-day HR support
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and welcoming new hires
- Create smooth, engaging onboarding experiences that help new team members hit the ground running
- Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and leadership development
- Partner with leaders on employee relations and workplace culture initiatives
- Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs with care, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Maintain and update policies, processes, and employee handbooks to stay compliant with global and local legislation
- Help plan and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and recognition
- Track and analyze HR data, reports, and trends to support better decision-making
- Jump into HR projects and process improvements that improve our employee experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas, with exposure to EMEA regions
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working toward it) preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you are approachable and solutions-focused
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment
- Organized and detail-oriented, with great time management
- Comfortable with HR systems and reporting tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to support our global team
- Legally eligible to work in either the UK, Slovenia, or The Netherlands
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written), but additional languages are a plus.
