About the role

  • Be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, offering thoughtful advice, coaching, and day-to-day HR support
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and welcoming new hires
  • Create smooth, engaging onboarding experiences that help new team members hit the ground running
  • Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and leadership development
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations and workplace culture initiatives
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs with care, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Maintain and update policies, processes, and employee handbooks to stay compliant with global and local legislation
  • Help plan and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and recognition
  • Track and analyze HR data, reports, and trends to support better decision-making
  • Jump into HR projects and process improvements that improve our employee experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas, with exposure to EMEA regions
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working toward it) preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you are approachable and solutions-focused
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with great time management
  • Comfortable with HR systems and reporting tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to support our global team
  • Legally eligible to work in either the UK, Slovenia, or The Netherlands
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written), but additional languages are a plus.
