About the role

  • Senior Human Resources Coordinator part of global HR function supporting administrative tasks and advising management. Proactive HR support ensuring policy compliance and exceeding team expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support in line with the functional strategy
  • Act as first point of contact for people managers
  • Advise and support in the functional HR activity
  • Ensure service exceeds expectations of the team
  • Provide high-quality functional support to management
  • Works closely with HR Managers for guidance
  • Provide data and reports for assigned business units
  • Collect training needs and support engagement survey initiatives
  • Administer HR tasks including recruitment support

Requirements

  • Successful experience in a similar role
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications
  • Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data
  • Some travel may be requested
