Responsibilities

Provide data and reports for assigned business units
Collect training needs and support engagement survey initiatives
Administer HR tasks including recruitment support
Requirements
Successful experience in a similar role
Solid problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
Fluency in English
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications
Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data
