About the role

  • HR Expert for Controlling & Digitization at Alterric shaping the future of HR and ensuring data-driven decision making within the company.

Responsibilities

  • HR Controlling & Analysis: You will be the sparring partner to our HR controller — together you form a strong tandem. You will further develop KPIs, create dashboards and reports for management and leaders, and provide well-founded analyses that serve as the basis for strategic personnel decisions.
  • Strategic data work: You use HR data to derive actionable recommendations and support the management of key HR topics — from workforce planning to retention.
  • Driving digitization: You will advance our HR systems (e.g., Personio), optimize interfaces and automate processes. You think holistically — from data quality and workflows to reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Process optimization: You challenge existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement digital solutions pragmatically — for a modern, efficient HR function.
  • Interface management: Close collaboration with HR leadership, Finance and IT to support data-driven decisions across the company.
  • Project work: Contribute to projects related to digitization, reporting and process development — with plenty of scope to implement your own ideas.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR controlling, reporting or process management
  • Solid expertise in HR metrics, data analysis and digitization topics
  • Good knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Personio) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • IT affinity and understanding of interfaces, automations or low-code/no-code solutions
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a pronounced solution orientation
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
