About the role

  • Analista de RH Júnior focusing on recruitment & selection and HR generalist support at PACCO. Supporting social and environmental initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and administrative positions.
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on appropriate platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Administer technical and behavioral tests when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing assessment reports and providing candidate feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist with the hiring administration process.
  • Support the operational routine of the department, such as payments and seasonal activities (International Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, employee birthday cakes, etc.).
  • Support implementation of internal social and environmental initiatives.
  • Monitor metrics related to diversity, inclusion, and organizational climate.
  • Assist with allocation of funds from incentive laws, including indicator controls and reporting to leadership.
  • Support internal sustainability and corporate social responsibility campaigns.
  • Assist in collecting data for ESG reports.
  • Participate in organizing volunteer activities and social projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Social Sciences, HR Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection.
  • Competency-based selection experience.
  • Familiarity with major recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of ESG and incentive laws.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Eager to learn and develop.
