Together with your team, you act as the point of contact for matters related to academic and professional continuing education
You provide administrative support during the recruitment and hiring process for new employees
From onboarding through self-study phases to offboarding — you accompany, support, and motivate participants of the Integrative Entry Program
When independently creating and revising learning materials, you work closely with our trainers
You contribute your own ideas as part of projects and conceptual development
Requirements
You are motivated and studying Adult Education, Social Sciences, Education, Teacher Training with a focus on German, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, or a comparable degree program
You enjoy delving into different topics and are distinguished by your high level of initiative, a head full of ideas, and a structured, organized way of working
