About the role

  • HR-Generalist managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes in a hybrid work environment. Supporting employee wellbeing and compliance in a growing company offering health-focused products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire applicant process – from coordinating and preparing interviews to structured follow-up and a high-level candidate experience.
  • Actively drive recruiting by posting targeted job ads, selecting appropriate recruiting channels, managing external recruiters, and continuously optimizing recruiting measures.
  • Prepare payroll in close coordination with the tax consultant and ensure a smooth, accurate payroll run.
  • Own structured onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment contracts, employment references, and other HR-related documents.
  • Organize and administratively support apprentices/trainees, including coordinating training schedules and collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
  • Coordinate and further develop occupational safety processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Optimize and document HR processes in the existing HR tool and continuously improve administrative workflows.
  • Prepare relevant HR metrics and provide meaningful data to managers to support informed personnel decisions.
  • Organize and execute internal events (e.g., team events, summer party, Christmas party) and represent the company at career and training fairs.
  • Take on selected office management tasks, e.g., managing internal mail and maintaining an organized filing system for contractual documents.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on human resources and several years of professional experience in HR.
  • Solid knowledge of employment, social security, and tax law, as well as a basic understanding of occupational health and safety topics.
  • Ideally experience as an administrator in the HR tool Personio or comparable HR systems.
  • Vocational trainer certificate (Ausbildereignungsschein/ADA) or willingness to obtain it.
