Responsibilities
You will gain in-depth insights into our personnel management, especially for the target group of students.
Together with your team, you will be the contact person for all matters related to internships and final theses, for applicants and for our specialist departments.
You will work independently across the entire process: from posting vacancies, applicant management and coordinating interviews to preparing contract documents and the hiring process, through to issuing references.
You will support the supervision of interns and students writing final theses from onboarding to offboarding.
You will contribute ideas through small projects such as process optimizations, event organization or concept development.
Requirements
You are motivated and studying Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a comparable degree program.
