Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar HR role
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to employees at all levels
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable
