Responsibilities
Support a defined group of employees
Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfers, warnings, dismissals)
Close and confidential cooperation with the works council
Implementation of collective agreements, company agreements, and legal requirements
Preparation and handling of employment- and personnel-law documents
Participation in the further development of operational HR processes and in HR projects
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in operational HR, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Solid knowledge of labor law and experience working with works councils and collective bargaining agreements
Structured, independent, and practice-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion, and a confident presence
