About the role

  • Conduct competency-based recruitment and selection with a focus on cultural fit;
  • Implement performance evaluations, development pathways and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Lead culture and engagement projects;
  • Conduct onboarding and cultural integration;
  • Develop internal training programs (hard and soft skills);
  • Create HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s strategy;
  • Serve as a partner to leaders to support team growth.

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience with a focus on development/culture or as an HR Business Partner (BP)
  • Experience with competency-based recruitment and selection
  • Experience with feedback and performance evaluations
  • Strong communication skills, a sense of ownership and the ability to execute
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
