About the role

  • Werkstudent:in für Learning & People Development bei E.ON, unterstützt bei Trainingsmanagement und HR-Entwicklungsprojekten.

Responsibilities

  • You take responsibility for scheduling and participant management, coordinate training sessions and keep track of registrations and attendee lists
  • You act as the point of contact for external service providers such as hotels or venues and handle organizational queries
  • You maintain and manage our training offerings in our internal systems
  • After trainings, you support follow-up activities, analyze feedback and assist in evaluating results to identify areas for improvement
  • Additionally, you support the further development of existing formats and processes as well as other projects in Learning & Development
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to other HR areas and gain new insights

Requirements

  • You are currently studying business administration/economics or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least three semesters
  • Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in Human Resources
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and are motivated to tackle new, demanding tasks — you see a steep learning curve as an opportunity
  • You have a careful and structured way of working, strong organizational skills and a quick grasp of new information
  • You also bring strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
