Responsibilities
You take responsibility for scheduling and participant management, coordinate training sessions and keep track of registrations and attendee lists
You act as the point of contact for external service providers such as hotels or venues and handle organizational queries
You maintain and manage our training offerings in our internal systems
After trainings, you support follow-up activities, analyze feedback and assist in evaluating results to identify areas for improvement
Additionally, you support the further development of existing formats and processes as well as other projects in Learning & Development
You will have the opportunity to contribute to other HR areas and gain new insights
Requirements
You are currently studying business administration/economics or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least three semesters
Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in Human Resources
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
You enjoy taking responsibility and are motivated to tackle new, demanding tasks — you see a steep learning curve as an opportunity
You have a careful and structured way of working, strong organizational skills and a quick grasp of new information
You also bring strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
