About the role

  • Global People Operations & Systems Specialist at Anthesis, focusing on HRIS efficiencies and data management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards across end-to-end global employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding).
  • Oversee data accuracy and structural integrity within the HRIS (HiBob), making central updates when organisational changes occur.
  • Ensure consistency of approval flows and team structures within the ATS (Pinpoint) in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Monitor adherence to global process standards across local People teams.
  • Maintain and continuously improve global onboarding documentation and system workflows.
  • Coordinate system access and permissions related to employee movements.
  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring documentation, system updates and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
  • Contribute to a smooth, compliant and positive employee transition experience.
  • Own day-to-day HRIS (HiBob) and ATS (Pinpoint) administration and optimisation.
  • Audit employee data regularly to ensure accuracy, compliance and reporting reliability.
  • Manage system permissions and user access groups across People systems.
  • Conduct system testing in Sandbox environments before production rollouts.
  • Lead new feature implementations and enhancements within HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Act as primary liaison with system providers (renewals, issue resolution, invoicing coordination with Finance).
  • Support integration projects involving People systems and other internal platforms.
  • Provide reporting and dashboards for People, Finance and Board-level audiences.
  • Support the Global Head of People and People Operations & Systems Lead with advanced people analytics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and Board reporting.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, organisational health tracking and DE&I data initiatives.
  • Ensure employee data updates in HRIS are timely and accurate to support local payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers, EOR partners, benefits vendors and background screening providers.
  • Support process alignment between People, Finance and external providers to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Support documentation compliance across regions, ensuring alignment with local legislation and company standards.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Contribute to updates of global people policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a People Operations role within a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong hands-on ownership of an HRIS (HiBob highly valued).
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and IT, understanding the importance of data integrity.
  • Fluent in business English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss.

  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Able to analyse people data and translate it into meaningful insights for different audiences.
