About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on recruitment and selection processes for a consulting firm. Engaging actively in candidate selection and performance analysis metrics with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for new talent, from defining the candidate profile, scheduling and conducting interviews and tests, to handing off to the pre-employment stage;
  • Prepare behavioral assessments and reports on candidates;
  • Provide onboarding support and guidance to candidates on their arrival at the company;
  • Maintain, monitor, and analyze performance indicators and SLA data for vacancy closures;
  • Support other activities related to the people/HR area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Experience in recruitment and selection managing a high volume of vacancies per month;
  • Prior knowledge of labor legislation and people management practices;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Intermediate English;
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, HR systems, and performance evaluation platforms;
  • Experience working in the dermocosmetics sector.
