Responsibilities
Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for new talent, from defining the candidate profile, scheduling and conducting interviews and tests, to handing off to the pre-employment stage;
Prepare behavioral assessments and reports on candidates;
Provide onboarding support and guidance to candidates on their arrival at the company;
Maintain, monitor, and analyze performance indicators and SLA data for vacancy closures;
Support other activities related to the people/HR area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
Experience in recruitment and selection managing a high volume of vacancies per month;
Prior knowledge of labor legislation and people management practices;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
Intermediate English;
Familiarity with ATS tools, HR systems, and performance evaluation platforms;
Experience working in the dermocosmetics sector.
