Handle queries/requests received via the ticketing system (ServiceNow) and also via telephone for supported country and certain global processes
Manage administrative tasks in SAP SuccessFactors related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes in employment/compensation, offboarding)
Prepare employment certificates and documentation related to the employee lifecycle using the Document Generation/PeopleDoc tool
Provide system related first level support to the business and HR across the organisation in relation to global annual cycles such as Talent and Performance Management and the Annual Salary Review
Advise the business/HR on running reports in SuccessFactors Reporting module and create reports with small adjustments
Handle personal data changes initiated by employees via self-service in line with country specific guidelines
Maintain a strong relationship with local HR in the countries supported and assist with HR Services processes
Involvement in projects focusing on optimizing processes
Seek rapid and efficient resolution of requests at first level and route to second-line support when needed
Maintain customer contact until the request is resolved, demonstrating excellent customer service throughout
Requirements
University or College degree
1+ years of experience in HR admin within an international environment
Fluency in English and French
Basic Excel knowledge
Flexible, cooperative attitude
Customer and solution-oriented mindset
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (employee lifecycle, reporting)
Experience with Document Generation/PeopleDoc tools
Ability to provide first-level system support for global HR cycles
