About the role

  • Support in attracting and onboarding top talent through effective job postings, candidate screening, and a smooth interview experience.
  • Contribute to effective onboarding and orientation experiences, promoting a positive and engaging start.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in training coordination and learning & development activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and documentation.
  • Assist in data entry and submissions to ERGANI in compliance with Greek labor regulations.
  • Assist with employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
  • Support with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist the Office Administrator with daily office tasks, when needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative functions, preferably in a dynamic office environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • HR-related certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or similar are advantageous but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ATS and HRIS systems such as Workable, BambooHR, or similar is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, employment law, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Ability to maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting with accuracy and insight.
  • Familiarity with ERGANI, SEPENET, and e-EFKA.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, for internal communications and coordination with colleagues.
