Head of Sales for HOKA responsible for strategic growth in Central Europe and brand management. Leading team efforts across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech & Slovakia with strong partnership development.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the long-term strategic growth and performance of the HOKA brand within the Central region.
Build strong relationships with Senior Business Partners and Buying Directors of Strategic Accounts and retail Buying Groups across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech & Slovakia.
Lead the Wholesale market/s sales team, track progress and meet market objectives.
Own the relationship and business development with the Sport2000 International buy group, ensuring EMEA alignment across all relevant regions.
Localize and execute the EMEA strategic plan for the market/s and manage the achievement of the country sales plan and key business goals.
Develop and control the ecosystem within the market/s utilizing brand building and consumer-centric guidelines.
Execute and prepare seasonal market/s product and sales forecasts.
Partner with the Head of Marketing and DTC key personnel to develop and execute country and seasonal OMNI plans.
Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure strategic marketing requirements are executed within retail.
Develop the profitability of the business within the market/s.
Manage, collate, and share sales information with the Performance Sales Director, EMEA, and other departments.
Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with reports, peers, and superiors.
Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times. Drive service excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience in Commercial Sales/Marketing on a national level, with a record of successful brand management and sales development.
Sporting goods industry and Footwear experience is desirable.
Strong relationships with key strategic partners and buying groups.
Valid full driving licence, ability to travel according to business needs.
Fluency in German and English.
