About the role

  • Sales professional for Amplifica Digital, focusing on client acquisition through active prospecting and consultative sales. Collaborating with clients to align solutions with their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting of new clients: Identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Scheduling meetings: Arrange in-person and online meetings to understand clients' needs (briefing)
  • Preparation of commercial proposals: Develop proposals that align client expectations with Amplifica Digital's solutions
  • Negotiation and closing: Lead negotiations through to the closing and formalization of new contracts
  • Client portfolio management: Maintain and nurture client relationships, resolve conflicts, and promote necessary alignments
  • Knowledge of Amplifica's services: Master our portfolio to offer solutions appropriate to clients' needs

Requirements

  • Experience with sales CRM and consultative sales processes
  • Negotiation skills and objection-handling
  • Experience with high-ticket sales, preferably in digital agencies
  • Previous experience in digital agencies is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and its specialties
  • Proficiency with tools such as RD Station, CRM systems, Meetime, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Ramper
  • Familiarity with SPIN Selling techniques
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
