Responsibilities
Define, manage, and monitor a portfolio of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retailers and direct to consumer (DTC) points of sale (sell through)
Develop data-backed insights used to identify and implement effective processes, tasks, activities, and methodologies to produce the best possible sales outcomes
Lead cross functional sessions highlighting key account sell-through metrics
Forecast future order trends using statistical data
Gather, analyze, and report on data
Participate in key account business planning and sell-in sessions
Provide insights into product sell-through trends
Evaluate effectiveness and profitability of sell-through programs
Evolve reporting platforms for visibility of key account point of sale trends
Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of three years of sales analysis, business intelligence, or market analysis experience is required
Excel and tableau experience required
Point of sale analysis required.
