Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial activities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico
  • Combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on market development
  • Build on an established customer base in the electrical power equipment market
  • Expand new opportunities across engineered materials and composite applications
  • Lead and develop the existing US sales organization while gradually expanding the commercial team

Requirements

  • Commercially driven sales leader with experience in technical B2B manufacturing environments
  • Strong business development and market expansion mindset
  • Experience leading and growing industrial B2B sales teams
  • Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships
  • Familiarity with OEM-driven industrial markets
