Define Sokin’s product value architecture — ensuring consistent articulation of our differentiators across markets and channels.
Build a clear messaging hierarchy for all product lines, ensuring global consistency and local market resonance.
Oversee product launches end-to-end — from positioning and pricing to sales enablement and performance tracking.
Drive product-led growth initiatives in collaboration with Growth Marketing and Customer Success.
Align closely with Product, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to ensure customer feedback and market signals inform roadmap prioritisation.
Set and track clear KPIs for product marketing success — including adoption, engagement, win rates, and campaign ROI.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role within fintech, SaaS, or B2B payments.
Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex financial products across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of FX, global payments, or embedded finance ecosystems.
A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — capable of setting vision while managing the details that make launches successful.
Skilled in storytelling — able to turn technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives.
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions.
Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
