About the role

  • Develop and own the global product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and commercial targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product marketing team — including Product Marketing Managers across multiple business lines.
  • Grow and support product marketing at a regional level.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define market segmentation, buyer personas, and strategic positioning for Sokin’s business banking platform.
  • Act as the voice of the market within Sokin, bringing competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends into the product roadmap and GTM decisions.
  • Define Sokin’s product value architecture — ensuring consistent articulation of our differentiators across markets and channels.
  • Build a clear messaging hierarchy for all product lines, ensuring global consistency and local market resonance.
  • Oversee product launches end-to-end — from positioning and pricing to sales enablement and performance tracking.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives in collaboration with Growth Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Align closely with Product, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to ensure customer feedback and market signals inform roadmap prioritisation.
  • Set and track clear KPIs for product marketing success — including adoption, engagement, win rates, and campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role within fintech, SaaS, or B2B payments.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex financial products across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of FX, global payments, or embedded finance ecosystems.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — capable of setting vision while managing the details that make launches successful.
  • Skilled in storytelling — able to turn technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
