Develop and optimize partnership marketing strategies, working with Commercial, Product, and Content teams to drive revenue.
Strengthen brand presence through awareness, thought leadership, and improved onsite engagement.
Manage budgets, reporting, and performance tracking to maximize marketing ROI.
Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while representing Marketing in leadership forums.
Requirements
Proven success in multi-channel B2C marketing across acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Deep expertise in paid, CRM/lifecycle, partnership, product, and brand marketing, with strong SEO knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize ROI.
Excellent collaboration skills with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional storytelling and communication across diverse channels.
Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic thinker with industry experience in sports, betting/gaming, or affiliate marketing (preferred).
