About the role

  • Lead the Global B2C Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for CAVU’s Experiences division, ensuring a unified global approach to brand positioning (in partnership with the Head of Brand), awareness, and demand generation across all regions and customer touchpoints.
  • Drive Lounge Awareness & Turn-Up: Guests Design and implement in-terminal and destination marketing initiatives to drive spontaneous lounge visits.
  • Deliver compelling brand communications and advertising that increase visibility and consideration among airport travellers.
  • Grow Pre-Book Reservations: Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and CRM teams to optimise digital marketing campaigns that drive pre-book lounge reservations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of brand and performance marketing activity to maximise conversions.
  • Brand Stewardship & Creative Excellence: Champion the Escape Lounges brand globally, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience across every market and channel.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the Brand & Creative team to deliver engaging campaigns that reinforce CAVU’s positioning as a leader in airport experiences.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a small but high-performing team comprising a Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and results, ensuring effective campaign delivery across all regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Growth and Commercial teams within the Experiences division to align marketing activity with business objectives.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to drive insight-led decision making and performance optimisation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles, including brand management, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of the travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors, ideally within multi-location or service-based brands.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including CRM, paid media, social, and in-terminal activation.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration between Brand, Performance, and Growth teams.
  • Awareness of global marketing trends and consumer insights relevant to travel and airport experiences.
  • Proven track record in a senior consumer marketing role with responsibility for brand and campaign strategy.
  • Experience managing marketing for consumer-facing brands across multiple markets or regions.
  • Demonstrable success in driving brand awareness, footfall, and conversion through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors desirable.
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing, CRM, and commercial functions to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field; CIM or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
