Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing non-personal/digital tactical planning and execution
Drive digital activity and customer engagement strategy across customer groups and indications
Develop media budgets, allocation strategies, and plans across all media channels
Own and manage relationships with media agencies
Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital media "push" tactics
Define and drive the strategy for digital content journeys
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI across media and content initiatives
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Requirements
BS/BA with 8 years commercial experience including marketing, sales and/or market access
Minimum 4 years’ experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech marketing
Ability to travel up to 20% domestic travel
Experience in Respiratory, Specialty and/or Rare Disease experience a plus
Previous people leadership experience
Proven track record in managing media budgets, agency relationships, and digital campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM, and website management
