About the role

  • Marketing Director directing marketing initiatives in Greater China for Givaudan, focusing on innovation and collaboration in the culinary and fragrance sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the regional growth strategy
  • Drive the development of Market Strategy for Sub Region
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic thinking to support the delivery of strategic objectives
  • Develop digital strategy that supports rapid business growth and drive execution of digital activities
  • Ensure that strategy is translated into marketable actions and that targets set are achieved
  • Lead commercialization of global-regional strategic big-investment products and technologies in the sub region
  • Partner with sales to analyze business performance, identify issues and define specific needs
  • Help deliver assigned financial targets (sales, gross margin)

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas
  • At least 15 years of marketing experience, including marketing strategy with 5 years of experience in leading a team
  • Strong know how of B2C Marketing in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy including Digital marketing and principles including brand execution, commercialization of new products, and creative promotions
  • Excellent oral and written communication ability and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
