  • Lead the HR organization, including the development, implementation and continuous optimization of HR systems and tools
  • Recruiting & onboarding
  • Performance & talent management
  • Payroll & administration
  • Address employment law questions in cooperation with the Legal department

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role within mid-sized companies
  • Experience in an international context
  • Deep understanding of HR strategies, processes and employment law
  • Experience in change management and restructurings
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • 60% on-site presence in Berlin and willingness to travel internationally
