Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior HR role within mid-sized companies
Experience in an international context
Deep understanding of HR strategies, processes and employment law
Experience in change management and restructurings
Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills in German and English
60% on-site presence in Berlin and willingness to travel internationally
