Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role within mid-sized companies
- Experience in an international context
- Deep understanding of HR strategies, processes and employment law
- Experience in change management and restructurings
- Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- 60% on-site presence in Berlin and willingness to travel internationally
