About the role

  • Head of Digital Experience leading digital initiatives and optimizing user experience aligned with business objectives. Overseeing web architecture, SEO, and PPC strategies for enhanced digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional digital initiatives across web, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Oversee the structure, performance, and scalability of all web properties.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure optimal UX/UI.
  • Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, content optimization, and backlinking.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Set KPIs and track performance across all digital channels.
  • Present regular reports to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital product management.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or related platforms are a plus.
