Monitor and analyze performance of partnership marketing efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize results and scale.
Manage 1 direct report by setting clear goals, coaching regularly, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and communication.
Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Provide reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives.
Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team and strategic partners to identify and analyze key marketplace trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.
Champion fresh, data-backed ideas drawing from trends in fintech, B2C marketing, and channel strategy to drive growth.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Bank Partnership teams to ensure the end-to-end consumer experience meets all regulatory requirements.
Lead contract negotiations for new and existing partnerships, ensuring terms align with strategic business objectives and financial goals.
Serve as a key stakeholder in the product development lifecycle, partnering with Product Management to define consumer needs and improve the customer journey.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Marketing; 3+ years of management experience.
5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs that delivered real business impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related/quantitative fields of study.
Highly analytical with a passion for problem solving.
Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills with a proven track record of bringing strategies to life.
Energized by ambiguity and rapid change, with a natural ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving challenges.
