About the role

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships, leveraging their unique capabilities to launch marketing programs that directly contribute to customer acquisition goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of partnership marketing efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize results and scale.
  • Manage 1 direct report by setting clear goals, coaching regularly, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and communication.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives.
  • Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team and strategic partners to identify and analyze key marketplace trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.
  • Champion fresh, data-backed ideas drawing from trends in fintech, B2C marketing, and channel strategy to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Bank Partnership teams to ensure the end-to-end consumer experience meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations for new and existing partnerships, ensuring terms align with strategic business objectives and financial goals.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the product development lifecycle, partnering with Product Management to define consumer needs and improve the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing; 3+ years of management experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs that delivered real business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related/quantitative fields of study.
  • Highly analytical with a passion for problem solving.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills with a proven track record of bringing strategies to life.
  • Energized by ambiguity and rapid change, with a natural ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving challenges.
