Market and close our high-value recruitment solutions with Enterprise/Key Account clients.
You enjoy hunting: prospecting, networking, responding to RFPs, representing the company in pitches, negotiating terms, and managing contract signings.
Lead and support the implementation and rollout of agreements.
Be proactive and bring forward new ideas: “Think Big”.
Build trusted relationships and create an environment conducive to growth.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in a Key Account Manager or Head of Key Accounts role, with responsibility for signing and rolling out framework/master agreements; experience in temporary staffing (intérim) or other high-value service activities is valued.
Strong interest and curiosity for new solutions and technologies.
Agile, autonomous and with a genuine entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive in constantly evolving environments and can adapt quickly to urgent or unforeseen situations.
Data-oriented: you can create and analyze relevant KPIs to drive your business and use data to guide your actions and those of your teams.
