As a Hardware COE Leader at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the hardware development initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in hardware development, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, components specifications, cost management, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, knowledge of firmware and software integration, along with project execution capabilities are essential for this role.
In this role, you will lead a development team focused on innovation and new product development. You will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy, executing projects, and implementing mitigations while ensuring compliance with target dates. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of hardware initiatives that meets customer needs and align with Honeywell's goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in hardware development, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
5+ years of management experience of development teams (over 10 HCs)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
Familiarity with component specifications, cost management, and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of firmware and software integration in hardware products.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
