Responsibilities
Lead Test Delivery Management across multiple enterprise-level projects and programs
Ensure quality and timely execution
Manage large, distributed teams of 30–50 members, with effective onshore-offshore coordination
Establish and lead test transformation initiatives
Define and implement Test Strategy, Planning, and Execution frameworks aligned with Agile and DevOps practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with CxO-level stakeholders for test reporting and strategic updates
Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking within the QA organization
Requirements
10+ years of experience in QA Testing and Software Engineering
Performed Test manager for a program of at least 10+ testers
Proven expertise in Test Delivery Management and leading Testing CoEs
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with CxO-level interactions
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
SAP testing experience is a strong advantage
