About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead Test Delivery Management across multiple enterprise-level projects and programs
- Ensure quality and timely execution

- Establish and lead test transformation initiatives
- Define and implement Test Strategy, Planning, and Execution frameworks aligned with Agile and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with CxO-level stakeholders for test reporting and strategic updates
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking within the QA organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in QA Testing and Software Engineering
- Performed Test manager for a program of at least 10+ testers
- Proven expertise in Test Delivery Management and leading Testing CoEs
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with CxO-level interactions
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
- SAP testing experience is a strong advantage
