About the role

Responsibilities
- Point of contact for internal departments and external planners on BIM-specific topics
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous development of the company’s BIM strategy
- Work closely with the internal planning team, specialist consultants, and estimators to ensure a seamless flow of data
- Review the quality of BIM models for cost-estimating purposes and ensure correct data transfer between Revit (export) and RIB iTWO 5D (import) according to defined workflows
- Support the further development of internal BIM processes and provide training and mentoring to the team
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or completed training as a technical drafter, ideally with further qualification as a technician
- Several years of professional experience executing BIM projects, particularly in design, model checking, and collaboration in BIM management or BIM coordination roles
- Confident use of BIM authoring and coordination software, ideally Revit and Solibri
- Programming skills in scripting languages such as Dynamo and Python are an advantage
- Strong team skills, communication abilities and problem-solving competence, as well as a structured and independent working style
- Very good German language skills at least at C1 level
