Responsibilities
Point of contact for internal departments and external planners on BIM-specific topics
Contribute to the implementation and continuous development of the company’s BIM strategy
Work closely with the internal planning team, specialist consultants, and estimators to ensure a seamless flow of data
Review the quality of BIM models for cost-estimating purposes and ensure correct data transfer between Revit (export) and RIB iTWO 5D (import) according to defined workflows
Support the further development of internal BIM processes and provide training and mentoring to the team
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or completed training as a technical drafter, ideally with further qualification as a technician
Several years of professional experience executing BIM projects, particularly in design, model checking, and collaboration in BIM management or BIM coordination roles
Confident use of BIM authoring and coordination software, ideally Revit and Solibri
Programming skills in scripting languages such as Dynamo and Python are an advantage
Strong team skills, communication abilities and problem-solving competence, as well as a structured and independent working style
Very good German language skills at least at C1 level
